
CHEFS MEDITERRANEAN
PASTA SALAD
1 (12 oz.) package large shell macaroni
1 (16 oz.) jar Chefs Harvest Italian Style
Marinated Vegetables
1 cup thinly sliced red onion
1 cup chopped parsley
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. coarse ground black pepper
Cook shells according to package
directions;
rinse, drain and place in a large bowl.
Empty the contents of the Marinated
Vegetables over shells.
Stir in remaining
ingredients.
Cover and refrigerate until
chilled. Makes 3 quarts.
