GRILLED CHICKEN SAUCE
1 (16 oz.) Jar Chefs Harvest Roasted Red
Peppers, drained & rinsed
8 sun-dried tomatoes (soak in hot water
5 mins. & drain)
1 garlic clove
1 to 2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. parsley
4 oz. cream cheese
2/3 cup sour cream
salt & pepper
Combine first 5 ingredients in blender &
process until smooth. Add remaining
ingredients & process until all ingredients
are incorporated.
Serve over grilled chicken breasts. |
