MEDITERRANEAN SPINACH SALAD

Serves 6

6 cups (6-ounces) baby spinach
2 (16-ounce) jars Chef's Harvest® Premium Marinated Vegetable Salad
½ cup (2 ounces) crumbled feta cheese

Put spinach in a large bowl.

Empty the contents of the Vegetable Salad into another bowl and gently stir to mix well. Pour Vegetable Salad, including vinaigrette, over spinach.

Sprinkle cheese over salad and toss gently. Serve immediately.
