MEDITERRANEAN SPINACH SALAD

Serves 6
6 cups (6-ounces) baby spinach
½ (62-ounce) jar Chef's Harvest® Premium Marinated Vegetable Salad
½ cup (2 ounces) crumbled feta cheese
Put spinach in a large bowl.
Empty the contents of the Vegetable Salad into another bowl and gently stir to mix well. Portion one-half jar (3 ½ cups) Vegetable Salad, including vinaigrette, over spinach. Return remaining Vegetable Salad to jar and refrigerate for further use.
Sprinkle cheese over salad and toss gently. Serve immediately.
