12 Chefs Harvest Artichoke Crowns
1 lb. crab meat
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
4 tbsp. mayonnaise
2 tsp. Old Bay Seasoning
diced bell peppers
2 tsp. lemon juice
cilantro
Gently mix all ingredients in a bowl.
Place into Whole Artichoke Crown.
Serve chilled on a platter. |
