
CHEF'S BABY CORN GREEK PASTA SALAD
1 (12oz) package large shell macaroni
1 (16oz) jar Chef's Harvest Whole Baby Corn (drained)
1 (16oz) jar Chef's Harvest Quartered Marinated Artichoke Hearts
1 cup thinly sliced red onion
1/2 cup black olives
1 cup Feta Cheese
1 cup chipped parsley
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. coarse ground black pepper.
Cook shells according to package directions: rinse, drain and place in a large bowl. Empty the contents of the Baby Corn and Quartered Marinated Artichoke Hearts over shells. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover and refrigerate until chilled. Makes 3 quarts.
