Smoky Shrimp, Grouper, Salmon or Favorite Seafood

Saute Seafood in 1/2-3/4 cup
Smoked Tomato & Garden Herb Dressing
1/4 cup butter
2 TBSP Lemon Juice & 2 cloves of chopped garlic.
When cooked, sprinkle with 2 TBSP. capers & 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan.
Serve over pasta.
