Chef's Harvest Vegetable Salad Antipasto

Serves 10 as an appetizer
1 16-ounce jar Chef's Harvest® Vegetable Salad
15 slices Provolone cheese, individually rolled
15 slices Mozzarella cheese, individually rolled
15 slices Salami, individually rolled
15 slices Mortadella, individually rolled
1 15-ounce can black olives
1 15-ounce can green asparagus spears
1 bunch parsley
1 French baguette, sliced
Drain Vegetable Salad and put in decorative bowl along with a large serving spoon. Center bowl on large platter. Alternate slices of meats and cheeses on platter. Garnish platter with olives, asparagus spears and parsley sprigs. Serve with baguette slices.
